  • The self appointed Messiah of Brexit, Nigel Farage, may be back in UK politics. Did he ever leave in the first place...?

Didn't Farage go to America and wanted to make America great again. What's happened to that? Has Trump got bored of him. He hinted he was interested in gaining U.S. citizenship, has that changed?

Farage told John Humphrys on BBC radio this morning he has to "weigh up" what's best for Brexit. Staying in the European parliament or standing as a MP. Is he being altruistic, or is this all about himself?

  • Nigel Farage is in talks about a return to frontline politics if scandal-hit Henry Bolton is ousted as Ukip leader over his relationship with a 25-year-old glamour model.

He doesn't give up. does he?

First he's leaving, then he's returning, then he's leaving again. I wish he would make up his mind!

  • Well he is the most identifiable face of UKIP. I'd never even heard of the others that have come and gone. UKIP needs re-energising if only to keep May on the straight and narrow and our Nigel is the only man to do it IMHO.

History is much like an Endless Waltz. The three beats of war, peace and revolution continue on forever.

  • I do hope so. Farage is one of the few (very few) politicians who will willingly discuss those 'sensitive' issues that concern ordinary people and tell you exactly what his thoughts are. It doesn't matter whether you agree with him or not, but his honest opinion is worth hundreds of PC appeasing politicians who can't help but resort to spin, mis-truths, and downright lies without actually answering the question they were asked.

Mark Twain — 'Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.'

  • As I said in another thread, I think Farage is all about himself, but he is THE public face and voice of Brexit.
