Typical Scottish winter weather here. We've had hard frost and snow. Nothing unusual . It's been the same for generations. So much for the global warming nutters 😉

Bright and sunny but the frost is still in the shade. Temperature has crawled up to +2°C

I get v grumpy when there's sun forecast and none appears, no matter how brief and watery it's important to me.
-
Calm grey misty start to the day -1C
-
yesterday's snow has turned to ice, crunchy underfoot. Its not as cold or that's how it feels, not seen the thermometer.
-
White frost and foggy. -1°C Had to scrape the car windscreen but at least no ice on the inside.
-
Heavy snow through the night. Will have to dig the car out if we are going anywhere today. Thankfully we stocked up on groceries yesterday so hopefully won't need the car today. Good day for a walk wearing the appropriate winter clothing.

Lovely crystal clear sunshine but only +1°C

So hot here last night I had to wet a towel and lay it over me as there was also a power cut and the fan went off.
-
more snow up north, we are becoming the whitewater lol.
Winterfell looks white.
Cumbria had so much snow yesterday evening they declared a major incident. So the climate is a fucked up as a Hamas recruiting drive in Tel Aviv.
Hopefully it'll ease off so we can do my grandsons birthday meal tonight, I'm so looking forward to a tomahawk steak 🤷♂️😱🤣

Mild, dull and wet today. Makes a change from it being so effing cold. 8°C

Hard frost this morning. That on top of the snow is making roads and footpaths treacherous. However this is normal winter weather and we just have to live with it as we have done for generations.
