Although most people have had their emails restored now, ‘a minority of users’ still don’t have access to their emails sent or received before the recent outage.

  • I collect emails direct from the server on a 10 minute boundary using Thunderbird on all my mail addys. That way I always have a local copy of both received and sent mail. Nothing lost here.

  • Just use a email client, you can easily search for a free one on the internet and I'm sure we can guide you then how to set it up. You basically put in your email address, password, some server details and that's about it.
