    I'm using the word Pikey because there isn't another one more derogatory. We all know what they are like, they travel around in mass, towing their caravans behind them, either by a Transit or big expensive German car. They want everything society is prepared to offer, but NEVER put anything back. They leave a mess where ever they go, cause trouble, shoplift, are extremely violent, and will rip you off at a moments notice. I live near a holiday area, and at the moment all the shops, restaurants, and pubs have closed under recommendation of the police. This should be a very busy time for these businesses, and they are losing an absolute fortune, but what option do they have? What makes the whole thing worse is that although they cost the local authorities millions of pounds every year we are told we must not say anything bad about them, because for some strange reason they have been deemed a race, and to do so would be racist. For crying out loud, what ever made them a race?


    I believe it's time we forget all the woke political correctness crap and officially see these people for what they are, and that's trouble making scum.

    Yes there is TGB Thieving Gypsy Bastards, or Knackers as they are called in Ireland, real Roma's are a law abiding nice hard working people a race of people nomadic it is thought they originated in Indian Sub Continent with their own language,

    We could say the same for digital nomads. IMO there should be an option for folk to opt out of society if they wish but then they should pay their own way or live off the land. Nothing wrong with alternative lifestyles. Problems only arise when the two cross.

    Our local police phoned all the businesses and advised they close, so does that mean the police should be prosecuted? Once again, what makes them a race?

    In my earlier post I referred to Roma which are law-abiding nomadic people, TGB's are totally the opposite they don't pay taxes

    I think that when its a closed club, rather than one open to all, they should have the right to ban who they want. But, yes, do it politely.

    My wife's sister and her husband ran a pub in Central London for years , they had a small function room above the bar leaving do's for people leaving work for one reason or another, birthdays, masons etc.


    He told me of one time a man phoned the Pub asking to book the room for the night , he listened to the man of what date he wanted and how many would attend and the last bit of his conversation was how much would it cost " Boss"


    My brother in law being Irish knew instantly the man on the phone was a Knacker as he heard the word " Boss" he told him no all booked up.


    He did hear later that a Hotel nearby had taken a booking for a large party, they did not realize until it was too late they were TGB's , they spent well drank until the small hours.


    The following day the Manager of the Hotel found that some of the unoccupied hotel rooms had been broken into, when they counted the money that came over the bar that night many of the notes were forgeries.

    Exactly the Irish Government gave the Garda ( Police) more power to move Travellers Knackers on within 24 hours to they will tow their Caravans and Vehicles away , that is why many came over here.


    One thing for certain they are not poor , just outside Limerick travellers have bought land and built large houses which they come back to very frequently

    This is a true. I have an Irish friend who told me they aren't tolerated in Ireland. We on the other hand fall over backwards to accommodate the filthy scum

    99% of the public would agree with that, but unfortunately politicians prefer listening to the 1%, and it's the politicians that set the directives and policies
