If it was the same picture that I saw Fred, it was very inconclusive.

You could see a hole, but there was a lot of debris of collapsed buildings obscuring the view and I could not see a tunnel. If we have seen the same thing, all the Israelis need to do is clear the debris to give a clear view. It's very much in their interests to do this.

The Israelis have shown a hole by a hospital before about ten days ago and it was proven that the hole was there when the hospital was built and it wasn't connected to any tunnel.

There is no doubt that there are miles of tunnels underneath Gaza , that is why the IDF have a special unit to go down into them, they have also been blowing up the entrances to some of them, however Hamas are still emerging from them at night to fire rockets into Israel

The situation is now utterly bereft of any sense or intelligent compassion. The IDF is rampaging through the streets, bulldozing buildings and shooting people. Bombs are falling everywhere. The dead lie round. In front of one centre a mass grave of 80 Palestinians. Children wounded everywhere. Babies dead, seriously ill patients dead and dying, worms crawling out of wounds, streets full of raw sewage, disease breaking out everywhere. No food, no water, no power, no medicine and no help or hope. It is a catastrophic scenario and when all is over the UN is going to accuse Israel of war crimes and genocide and be quite justified in doing so.

I am absolutely disgusted with the west that it hasn't upped and crapped on the IDF for overkill. After all, the hapless residents of the place where Hamas invaded through the fences and gates was completely deserted of any Israeli defence force guards. The people called for them and they did not come. The people of Israel are angry with Netanyahu and they are becoming suspicious that he allowed this to happen. Now it's a disaster zone. Israelis are rampaging through the West Bank too now and shooting up the streets because attention is focused on Gaza.

Stop this shit with immediate effect.

I'm suspicious that Netanyahu may have allowed the Hamas attack to happen too.

Supposedly, the Egyptians warned the Israelis about an impending attack and besides, the censors on those Israeli fences/walls can spot a mouse a mile away. They've should've been able to spot thousands of terrorists storming the same fences.

But as for the people of Israel, I have widely watched lots of news sources and the conclusion I've come to watching everything is that the Israelis will never live with the Palestinians again. The two-state solution is dead and I don't think the western governments have cottoned on to that yet.

And as to your point a few days ago about the images shown on al jazeera, I've seen them too and I was almost sick. It is war and although the Israelis have scaled back the public rhetoric, they are at war with the Palestinian people, not just Hamas, who, as I've debated in this thread a few weeks ago, do support Hamas.

The war, The War, the one that has gone on for a hundred years now, will end when one tribe claims all the land and the other one gets pushed off it, or is killed.

What we are lacking is creativity to think for ourselves. We can go back even further and look at how social media and the MSM affected the actions caused allowing that ex Royal Marine to have him and his dogs prioritised into getting on the evac plane in Kabul.

At the end of the day both sides are as bad as each other and both sides have created equal atrocities so I say wipe them all out. We certainly should not be siding on either side unless your are from one of those sides so it 'directly' impacts you. Franky it's none of our business but I do hope it will reduce the world population some more as that 'will' directly affect us. If we do get involved, especially on the IDF side who will most likely come out the winners therefore leaving the other side in devastation, we will then more than likely end up with Muslim refugees here so Muslim Britain grows even more so along with a hatred towards us for for siding with IDF. We then end up the losers for trying to be the nice guys or peacekeepers.

TBH I don't believe that any individual country should politically get involved. If anyone is to get involved then it should be UN forces but even that is treading on dangerous grounds as we are a member so will end up with those same refugees / economic migrants here. It's better for us if they are just eliminated. We don't even have to do the dirty work and Israel will do it for us. What would be better is if we just stand back and watch and when things are finished is to then 'and only then' supply humanitarian aid to those who have survived and possibly help them rebuild some of their infrastructure where they can continue to live rather than coming here.

It isn't the fault of the west, it isn't the fault of the Israelis, it's the fault of Hamas, who incidentally are the unofficial army of Gaza, who have the full support of the Palestinians. If you want peace, try marching up the streets with a banner begging Hamas to give up their weapons.

I agree with a lot of what you are saying LW my only question is this post in the correct thread?

It seems to me that the West is the main force for good in this world, but it's being eaten up from the inside by wokes and bullies.

We don't always get it right, but it's not for want of trying.
